After the good news that I can spend Christmas at home, I’m now preparing myself for next Tuesday or Wednesday when I will have to be admitted for some treatment of various sorts. - And … relax

Well, the district nurse has been this morning and she announced that my foot looks better - very little redness and my left foot is a lot less swollen. So, I don’t have to spend Christmas in hospital … - Spend Christmas in hospital?

The district nurse, Liz, came today to change the dressing on my foot as per usual, only today she was concerned that it looked markedly worse than it did the previous week. - Backup files automatically by selecting them in Finder

I’ve been using 1001 a lot recently (after being pointed to it by the lovely MHC) and as a result I’ve been able to view a lot more of the photos uploaded to Flickr than I normally can - it’s easier to browse a column of thumbnails that have already downloaded than to constantly click … wait … click … which is what I end up doing on the actual site. - December ‘05 desktop
